Our DE&I Council:

Our DEI&B Council, called WE CARE (Working Endlessly for Cultural and Racial Equity) plays a pivotal role in leading the organization in its DEI&B efforts. WE CARE engages with experts who offer training and support to create a more inclusive safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment for staff and clients alike. WE CARE also hosts town hall meetings to discuss relevant topics such as Language, History, Bias Awareness, Inclusion, and more. Employees from all levels across the organization participate in the Council.
