Aneta J. Godlewski is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 13 years of experience in caring for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and has focused on designing systems of care in accordance with various regulatory standards and in response to the needs of our community.
As the Vice President of Care Optimization, Aneta’s responsibilities include serving as InterCommunity’s Compliance Officer and focusing on quality and system improvements. She also leads the development and execution of organizational strategies that optimize the use of data to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care.
Before becoming Vice President of Care Optimization, Aneta served as Director of Addiction Recovery Services. She oversaw a diverse team of 130 staff members, managed clinical operations of 4 departments, and led the agency’s implementation of 1115 Waiver. She ensured that all clinical performance improvement initiatives aligned with InterCommunity's mission of delivering optimal clinical outcomes while maintaining financial responsibility as a Federally Qualified Health Center.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
