To best serve our community, we offer multiple levels of residential recovery programs so that we can help no matter where you are in your recovery journey.

  • Withdrawal Management (Detox)

  • Recovery House

  • Intensive & Intermediate

  • Coventry House

  • Clayton House

Addiction Recovery—Withdrawal Management (Detox) (ASAM Level of Care - 3.7):

InterCommunity’s Withdrawal Management Center (detox) is a 24-bed medically monitored withdrawal management program for adults that offers a safe place for individuals to safely withdraw from alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines, and start their recovery journey. Clients stay in detox anywhere from 5-10 days. The center is open for admissions 365 days/year, 24/7, and helps anyone regardless of their ability to pay.

Addiction Recovery—Intensive (ASAM Level of Care - 3.7) & Intermediate (ASAM Level of Care - 3.5):

Our Intensive and Intermediate programs offer a contained environment for people in the beginning stages of their recovery.

Intensive is a short term medical stabilization program, often the first stop post withdrawal management. The immediate program is a multiple week residential program utilizing full-day programming of therapy, education, and skill acquisition, to support individuals in early recovery.

Addiction Recovery— Coventry House (ASAM Level of Care - 3.5):

Coventry House is a 10-bed residential program for pregnant women and mothers dealing with substance use disorders. The program is open to those with children aged 5 and under. This program gives mothers in the early stages of their recovery the opportunity to build the skills necessary for being productive and sober parents.

Addiction Recovery— Clayton House (ASAM Level of Care - 3.1):

Clayton House (opened in 1985) is a 13-bed intermediate, residential substance use treatment center for adults ages 18 and over.

Clayton House is a “working” halfway house and requires residents to work 35 hours per week. New residents have 30 days from admission to obtain employment. The length of stay at Clayton House varies depending on the needs of the individual, but the maximum treatment time is six months. Each night residents return for dinner and to participate in mandatory therapeutic programming, which consists of evidence-based approaches such as relapse prevention groups, group therapy, men’s and women’s groups, community-based self help meetings, and individual counseling.
