Common Ground Learning Center is a social rehabilitation club for adults living with mental illness. This program enriches the lives of members by addressing six areas essential to a well-balanced lifestyle: intellectual/cognitive, emotional, physical, environmental/community, social, and spiritual.

This program enriches the lives of members by addressing six areas essential to a well-balanced lifestyle: intellectual/cognitive, emotional, physical, environmental/community, social, and spiritual.

Member Opportunities:

Common Ground gives members opportunities to engage with the community by participating in a wide variety of activities in-person and virtually including:


  • Meditation

  • Journaling

  • Music, art, and theatre

  • Brain games

  • Cultural activities

  • Sports, Tai Chi, and walking


  • Celebratory events

  • Field trips in the community
