Tom Walbridge is a mission-driven leader with over 25 years of financial leadership experience spanning banking, hospitality, public transportation, energy solutions, and community health at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). He has also held leadership roles in operations and human resources, showcasing his ability to manage complex systems carefully and precisely. Tom’s “inside-out” management philosophy emphasizes that caring for employees leads to exceptional care for patients, communities, and stakeholders, ultimately driving financial results. His career highlights include successfully guiding a 30,000-patient FQHC through the COVID-19 pandemic while navigating leadership transitions and system upgrades.
Tom is passionate about community engagement and has served as a volunteer and board member for organizations like Junior Achievement, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, and Rotary Club. He looks forward to becoming an active member of the InterCommunity family and contributing to the broader community.
