Tom’s “inside-out” management philosophy emphasizes that caring for employees leads to exceptional care for patients, communities, and stakeholders, ultimately driving financial results. His career highlights include successfully guiding a 30,000-patient FQHC through the COVID-19 pandemic while navigating leadership transitions and system upgrades.

Tom is passionate about community engagement and has served as a volunteer and board member for organizations like Junior Achievement, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, and Rotary Club.
