InterCommunity Announces New PROUD Program

InterCommunity Health Care is pleased to announce that our new program PROUD (Parents Recovering of Opioid Use Disorders) has officially started this week and we are now accepting referrals. We are serving the communities of Hartford, East Hartford, South Windsor, Bloomfield, and Wethersfield.

The team consists of a clinician, care coordinator, and peer recovery specialists. We will be starting services via telehealth, but the goal eventually will be in-home services. Please call us at 860-569-5900, Ext. 321 for further details and questions. Click here for a flier.
