COVID-19 UPDATE

Marlene Kurban • March 18, 2020

In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, please do not come in to the clinics if you have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, and shortness of breath, or if you suspect you’ve come in contact with someone who may have the COVID-19 virus. Please contact us by phone so we can triage you and if appropriate, give you instructions on how to get testing. 211 is now offering a hotline to help you with all your questions. During this time we are limiting guests within our health centers, so if you need someone to accompany you to the clinic, please limit this to one person. This person will also receive the COVID-19 screening. If you need a copy of your medical records, please do NOT go to 56 Coventry Street as usual. You must request your records using this form. Please mail the form to our corporate office at InterCommunity, Inc., 111 Founders Plaza, 18 th  Floor, East Hartford, CT 06108. Thank you for your cooperation during these challenging times!
